Refund Policy

We want you to get value from Kapsee. Here's how refunds work.

Failed transcriptions

If our pipeline fails to produce a usable transcript, you are not charged. Our queue auto-retries on our cost. If it still fails, the credit returns to your account automatically.

Subscription refunds

Within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge, email us for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed via Razorpay within 5–10 business days.

Renewal charges

Recurring renewal charges are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. You keep access through the end of the billing period.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. No cancellation fee. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
