What we collect

Account data (email, name), uploaded media (audio extracted from your reels), generated transcripts and SRT files, and basic usage analytics.

How we use it

• To transcribe and timestamp your uploaded clips.
• To process speech in Hindi, Hinglish, and English.
• To bill you correctly and prevent abuse.

Data retention

Audio extracted from your uploads is deleted within 24 hours of transcription completion. Transcripts and SRT files remain in your account until you delete them or close your account.

Subprocessors

We share necessary data with payment processors (Razorpay), speech-to-text providers, and cloud hosting (Vercel, Cloudflare R2).

Your rights

Email hello@himanshurajak.in to access, export, or delete your data. We respond within 7 business days.
