By using Kapsee, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Kapsee is operated by Kapsee, sole proprietor, India.
The service
Kapsee provides automated transcription and caption generation for short-form video content. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
Acceptable use
- Upload only content you own or have permission to transcribe.
- No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
Payment
Paid plans are billed in INR via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds per our Refund Policy.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the trailing 3 months.
