CapCut's built-in captions struggle with Hinglish — they either rewrite to formal Hindi or English. We preserve verbatim code-switching, slang, and your brand names.
You're not charged. We restore the credit or pack slot automatically and email you that the job failed so you can retry. We do not email technical internals.
Yes. Pay-per-use covers reels up to 5 minutes and longer clips up to 60 minutes. Prepaid Video packs (15–45 min per job) are on the pricing page. Audio is cheaper than video for the same length.
Working media is removed after processing when possible. Your transcript and SRT stay in your account until you delete them. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
