Launch languages are Hinglish (Hindi–English mix), Hindi, and English. We auto-detect per clip — you can set a default in Settings. Other languages in the picker are beta and may be less accurate.
CapCut's built-in captions struggle with Hinglish — they either rewrite to formal Hindi or English. We preserve verbatim code-switching, slang, and your brand names.
You're not charged. We restore the credit or pack slot automatically so you can retry from the studio. Check the job status there — we do not email job failures.
Yes. Pay-per-use covers reels up to 5 minutes and longer clips up to 60 minutes. Prepaid Video packs (15–45 min per job) are on the pricing page. Audio is cheaper than video for the same length.
